 2. Milk - Paris Creek or Palmat 
    Organic un-homoginised

 3. Use Butter - no margarine

 4. No canola oil or hydrogenic fats

 5. Choose unrefined sugar, flour & 
     salt. Avoid "white" foods
6. Eat raw unprocessed whenever 
     possible
